Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a paid SourceSwap Plan. It is operated by Firefly Design LLP, having its registered office at D-227 Abul Fazal Enclave-1, Okhla, New Delhi-110025, India (the "Company", "SourceSwap", "we", "us" or "our"), and forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. First month — full refund if not satisfied

When you first subscribe to a paid Plan (Pro or Max), you are covered by a first-month satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription charge for that Plan.

• The request must be made within 30 days of your first charge for the Plan.
• The refund covers the first billing cycle only.
• Once refunded, your Account reverts to the Basic (free) plan and paid features are withdrawn.
• The first-month refund applies once per Plan; it does not apply again if you cancel and later re-subscribe to the same Plan.

2. From the second month onwards — no refunds

Once a renewal has been charged, that charge is non-refundable.

Paid Plans renew automatically each billing cycle. From your second billing cycle onwards, all recurring charges are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for:

• unused time remaining in a billing period;
• failure to cancel before an automatic renewal;
• dissatisfaction with the Service after the first month;
• Sensor, connectivity, notification, or third-party platform failures; or
• periods of Service unavailability, downtime, or interruption.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date (see Section 4).

3. How to request a refund

To request your first-month refund, email hello@sourceswap.app from the email address on your Account, stating the Plan and the date of your first charge. We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days of approval, though the exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider.

4. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your Subscription stops future automatic renewals but is separate from a refund. You may cancel at any time through the Service, through your UPI/payment application's mandate management, or by contacting us. After cancellation you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your Account reverts to Basic. Except for the first-month refund described above, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or remedy that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, it will be provided to the extent so required.
